Spirit of death is not your judge

Daily Devotion 28/01/2026.

O Death, where is your sting? O Hades, where is your victory?

The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord. (I Corinthians 15:55-58 NKJV)

If you are in Christ; that is, if you have sincerely surrendered your life to the control and direction of the Lord through His divine written Word, NEVER fear death. Death is the judge of the sinner. A sinner is that person who lives a lifestyle of sin, neglecting the consequences. The greatest sin is unbelief! ...not believing that God's Word is worth following.

But in Christ, you've crossed from the power of death to the power of eternal life. You've crossed from darkness into light, from bondage into the liberty of God's children. NEVER entertain the wrong thought of leaving this world through the spirit of death. The bible said death is an enemy. Your enemy hates you!👇🏻

Christ must reign until he humbles all his enemies beneath his feet.

And the last enemy to be destroyed is DEATH. (1 Corinthians 15:25-26 NLT)

But Pastor, how will I leave this world? Simple, when your time comes, the Lord will inform you nicely and gently, helping you to set everything in order. And He will allow you to live long enough in health and victory. But this is subject to you being busy for Him on earth, reaching out, changing lives, causing heaven to dance...etc.👇🏻

The Lord says, “I will rescue those who love me. I will protect those who trust in my name.

When they call on me, I will answer; I will be with them in trouble. I will rescue and honour them.

I will reward them with a long life and give them my salvation.” (Psalms 91:14-16 NLT)
