Peace-Maker

Daily Devotion 06/11/2025.

Those who are peacemakers will plant seeds of peace and reap a harvest of righteousness. (James 3:18 NLT)

Are you a peacemaker or a trouble-avoider? Choosing to avoid trouble will not make it go away. Instead, it grows deeper roots. The blessings from the Lord are for peacemakers. Every child of God is a peacemaker! Not making peace with whoever does not mean you can't, it means you don't want to.

Every day comes with its own challenges and blessings! It is your responsibility to live the crucified life. You cannot be an effective vessel when you are ruled by your feelings and not the Word. It is natural for the unbeliever to act ungodly, but it is abnormal for a Child of God to live by their senses.

If you see yourself falling short, cry out for help immediately. Seeking peace and pursuing it, is a kingdom recommended lifestyle. It is self-deception to go to the altar for prayer or praise when you have not made peace with him or her. It's not about your right, it's about God's righteousness!

An offended spirit is limited. Please, seek and pursue peace until you achieve it. Don't wait for things to work out. They won't. You work them out. Your prayers are not strong when you’re offended. Offense is an evil door to fault-finding when you don't handle it according to God's Word.

Please, close those doors in Jesus name! Just do what the Word instructed. Only the Word can heal you. Sincerely ask the Lord for help. He will energize you. You will do the right thing in Jesus mighty name!
