Daily Devotion 04/12/2025.
You will keep him in perfect peace,
Whose mind is stayed on You,
Because he trusts in You. (Isaiah 26:3 NKJV)
Beloved, what is your mind stayed on? Where do you get your daily strength? From the world news, social media, or from God’s Word? The strength to live and walk in victory is determined by what you feed on, and where you feed from.
There is no assurance from the wicked darts of the devil except in Christ Jesus. The Scripture said that perfect peace in this world is guaranteed only in feeding and deliberately engaging your mind on the Lord, and the things of God!
When Peter focused his mind on the Lord, he walked effortlessly over the storms. But when he removed his focus, he began to sink into the same storm he was walked on. The storm was not the problem, Peter was because he gave attention to the storm and not to the Lord of the storm!
Beloved, there will always be a storm coming against you. There will always be a demon-possessed person seeking to steal, kill, and destroy. They are everywhere, in every tribe. The earlier you know these, the better you'll prepare. You are not hidden from them. They know your address.
But if you stay your mind on the Lord by renewing, feeding and deliberately engaging your mind on His Word to live by it, and participating in the things of God, then no weapon fashioned against you will ever prosper! You're blessed in Jesus mighty name!
