Daily Devotion 10/12/2025
Earnestly remember your Creator before the silver cord of life is broken, or the golden bowl is crushed, or the pitcher at the fountain is shattered and the wheel at the cistern is crushed;
Then the dust out of which God made man’s body will return to the earth as it was, and the spirit will return to God who gave it. (Ecclesiastes 12:6-7 AMP)
None of us will live continually on this earth. Check your mirror, you will notice it. Try and lift up something heavy, you will feel it. As you pass through or attend a funeral service, you will understand it. It is self-deception to live this short life on earth as if we made ourselves.
God sent you here! It is great wisdom to live each day with this consciousness. You may have a car but safety comes from him. You may have a house and be married, but He alone can build a happy home. You may have money but true peace and prosperity flows only from Him. Remember God.
You may know people but only God knows their minds. He alone controls kings. You may know a good doctor but only God can truly heal and give you lasting health. What shall it profit a man to gain the whole world but loose his own soul? Remember God and deliberately live for Him.
Demons tremble at His presence! Death is powerless in His environment. Satan becomes foolish when He Speaks. Remember God! Take Him serious! Don’t plan to give Him your dead body after-life. He wants your living body to reveal His righteousness now. Now is the time!
You definitely don't know tomorrow. He owns tomorrow! Alleluyah! Remember God now and serve Him!
