The Higher Life

Daily Devotion 11/11/2025.

“They do not know, nor do they understand; they walk about in ignorance;        

All the foundations of the earth are unstable. I have said, “You are gods,

And all of you are children of the Most High. But you shall die like ordinary men, and fall like one of the princes.” (Psalm 82:5-7) 

Everything about you changed, spiritually,  the day you declared Jesus as your Lord and saviour. You changed from being a child of man to a child of God! Though, you still have earthly relatives and people, your real life and destiny is now aligned to God's purpose only.

Not everyone on earth is submitted to God. This is why you cannot compare nor measure yourself by people or the standards set by the world system. You can only measure yourself by God's standard...His Word! Living below His Word sets you up for whatever happens to those without Christ.

You are called from among people to live differently. Called to live the higher life. The higher life in Christ is the only lifestyle guaranteed against the spiritual wickedness in this world. If you don’t want to go through what chickens go through on the ground, join the eagles and live on the highest mountain!

Declare like this: I know who I am. I am God’s child, walking in the knowledge of my inheritance in Christ. I am a serpent destroyer. My way is paved before me by the Holy Ghost. Upward and forward is my testimony in Jesus mighty name! Amen .
